The We Are All Educators, Org (The WAAE) is a career mentorship & professional development program founded by my fellow Bishop McNamara High School alum, Darrell Holloman. The organization brings individuals closer to their career goals and provides exposure, networking opportunities, skill-building and more. It is truly an honor to not only be an alum of the illustrious Bishop McNamara but to be able to work with and support Mr. Holloman's labor of love, supporting his passion to help our kids succeed in this world. Working with him has been one of the greatest honors and my gratitude truly overflows.

On Satuday, March 23rd, The MonAlicia Bakes will be one of many businesses that will be in attendance at the 2nd Annual BMHS Family Business & Networking Expo! This event is an opportunity to support local brands, network with like minds, and meet the mastermind behind The WAAE Organization. From alumni to parents and employees, you are bound to meet some amazing individuals that desire to share their work with you.
