  • How will I know my order shipped?
    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed for shipping.
  • When will my order arrive?
    We use standard USPS shipping and should arrive 1-3 business days after being shipped. We try to ensure that your order arrives within this time frame as they do have a shelf life of 7+ days when in airtight packaging. Due to COVID-19 and an influx of orders, waiting times have increased. We will do our best to make sure your order is completed in a timely fashion. Our cookies are made-to-order. If your order is for a special occasion, a $25 rush fee is required to move up your order in the queue.
  • Is shipping included in the pricing?
    Shipping and handling will be incorporated in the final pricing once your order is placed.
  • I'm ordering for a special occasion. Is there a way to have my order arrive in time?
    If you are ordering for a special occasion; wholesale; or needed by a certain date or within a certain time frame, please make note of this when you're at check out in the "notes" section. This automatically labels your order as a Rush Order. When your order is placed, you will be required to pay the mandatory $25 rush fee. This will move up your order in our queue to be completed and shipped in a timely fashion. There are no exceptions and it cannot be waived.
  • What is your policy on returns?
    If you are not satisfied with your product, it is mandatory that you return the uneaten portion and order something of the same value. You must also pay for shipping your order back to the curator through the carrier, USPS.
  • How many cookies will I receive?
    All deluxe cookie flavors come with 12 cookies. Classic cookie flavors come with a baker's dozen, which is 13 cookies. Our whoopie pies come in one regular sized whoopie pie or 5 minis. Our S'mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie is one cookie.
  • Are your cookies frozen when shipped?
    No, our cookies are fresh and made to order! We bake and ship them.
  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    All products are made to order, fresh, and from scratch. Should you decide to cancel your order before you receive it, 25% of your total order amount is nonrefundable. This is nonnegotiable.
