We use standard USPS shipping and should arrive 1-3 business days after being shipped. We try to ensure that your order arrives within this time frame as they do have a shelf life of 7+ days when in airtight packaging.
Due to COVID-19 and an influx of orders, waiting times have increased. We will do our best to make sure your order is completed in a timely fashion. Our cookies are made-to-order. If your order is for a special occasion, a $25 rush fee is required to move up your order in the queue.
If you are ordering for a special occasion; wholesale; or needed by a certain date or within a certain time frame, please make note of this when you're at check out in the "notes" section. This automatically labels your order as a Rush Order. When your order is placed, you will be required to pay the mandatory $25 rush fee. This will move up your order in our queue to be completed and shipped in a timely fashion. There are no exceptions and it cannot be waived.
