In 2020, I started to make brookies with my homemade brownie batter and my Chocolate Chip cookie dough that you all have come to love so much. I wanted to take it up a notch and loaded the middle layer with milk's favorite cookie (Oreos) for an even sweeter treat. And instead of having it in the classic brownie cut, I'm bringing it to you all in cookie form.
